Website visits
This website does not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, browser storage or fingerprinting. Its fonts, images and scripts are served with the site. Your browser sends the information required to request pages, and the hosting infrastructure may record technical request information such as IP address, requested URL and timestamp for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Lightweight first-party conversion measurement is described below.
Campaign context
Valid source, medium and campaign labels in the URL can follow internal links and be included with an enquiry. No cookies, local storage or fingerprinting are used for this attribution. These labels provide enquiry context and can be removed from the URL.
Conversion measurement
The website can record a small set of first-party conversion events, such as project CTA clicks, service CTA clicks, case-study CTA clicks and accepted enquiry submissions. The event record contains the event name, page path, date and any valid campaign labels present in the URL. The application does not add a user identifier, fingerprint, cookie or browser-storage value to these records.
Website enquiries
Information submitted through the contact forms can include your name, email address, website URL, selected help type, project context, optional budget, enquiry type, source page and limited campaign labels. It is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, private keys or sensitive customer data. A receipt confirms that the form accepted your request; it does not promise a response time.
Email enquiries
Contact links open your email application. You can alternatively use the configured website form. If you email me, your email provider and mine process the message. I use the information you send to respond, assess the requested work and manage a possible or ongoing engagement.
Information you share
Please share only information needed for the enquiry. Do not send credentials, private keys or sensitive customer information by ordinary email. Project access arrangements are agreed separately.
Retention and requests
Correspondence may be retained as needed to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services and maintain business records. To ask about information you have shared or request deletion, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or applicable legal obligations.
External websites
Project links take you to third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
